The existing ordinance governing Planned Mixed-Use Districts will be reviewed and updated. Major revisions covered include, but are not limited to:
- Format of the Ordinance
- Definition of Mixed-Use Development
- Unexpected Results from the Current Ordinance
- Encouraging Mixed-Use Development
- Ensuring Walkability
- Possibility of using the mixed-use district as the interim guidelines for the Vision Metcalf nodes
