Overland Park Design Guidelines Standards Update

The project is composed of three major tasks:

1. Update & Revision of Existing Design Guidelines.
   
   • Infill and Redevelopment Design Guidelines and Standards, Commercial and Residential.
   • Multifamily Residential Design Guidelines and Standards.
   • Commercial Design Guidelines and Standards.
2. Formulate Development Guidelines and Standards for the Vision Metcalf Master Plan Area.
   
   • Formulate Interim Design Standards for Development within the 7 nodes identified by the Vision Metcalf Master Plan.
   • Formulate Design Guidelines and Standards for Development within the transition areas identified by the Vision Metcalf Master Plan.
3. Review and Revise the Planned Mixed-Use District Ordinance.
   

   The existing ordinance governing Planned Mixed-Use Districts will be reviewed and updated.
